Offering holistic approach to psychiatry and psychotherapy

The Story
What does finding home in ourselves look like?
What does finding belonging in the world feel like?
These were the answers I was searching for, unconsciously, when I started my journey as a psychiatrist. Questions I felt was missing in standard psychiatry guidelines but integral to the ultimate reason why I became interested in the mind.
Through individual and group therapy, mindfulness practices, and now integrating expressive arts and experiential work, I hope that we can look to explore these questions and finding the meaning and connection in our lives.
We believe that healing involves mind, body and soul. My goal is to facilitate each person to find their own path in midst of change and uncertainty.
For clinical services: I offer psychiatric evaluation and management for general adults. Psychiatric services are available in English and/or Mandarin. For therapy, I specialize working with young adults, college students, and those in medical or mental health professions. I also specialize in working with from different cultural backgrounds, including immigrants and adoptees. I incorporate frequent expressive arts, music, and mindfulness into the sessions.
In addition to psychiatric management and therapy, I offer nature walk series, therapy through creative arts and music exploration.
For mental health and healthcare professionals, I offer consultation services.
