The Story
What does finding home in ourselves look like?
What does finding belonging in the world feel like?
These were the answers I was searching for, unconsciously, when I started my journey as a psychiatrist. Questions I felt was missing in standard psychiatry guidelines but integral to the ultimate reason why I became interested in the mind.
Through individual and group therapy, mindfulness practices, and now integrating expressive arts and experiential work, I hope that we can look to explore these questions and finding the meaning and connection in our lives.

In person (Evanston): Wednesdays
Telehealth: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
Appointments are generally between 9am - 3:30pm
I currently do not offer weekends or evening appointments
