About Us
Through my experience with whole-body approach, I frequently incorporate complementary modalities for integrative healing. My goal is to guide and facilitate each person to find their own path in the midst of uncertainty and stress.
I have several areas of experience and interest, including stress related to academia, relocation and immigration, and identity. I also focus on mind-body connections and mental health issues related to physical or medical issues. I work with substance and behavioral addictions through my close affiliation with Working Sobriety. I love working with students, trainees and researchers, as well as those in the education and medical/mental health professions.
